I don't necessarily understand it because I've never dealt with corporate debt, but I think it has to do with what an 'overadvance' is. They are seemingly required to make early payments because of the agreement they made when financing their debt.

> Overadvances. If, at any time or for any reason, the amount of Obligations (other than Bank Product Obligations) owed by Borrower to the Lender Group pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 2.12 is greater than either the Dollar or percentage limitations set forth in Sections 2.1 or 2.12, (an “Overadvance”), Borrower immediately shall pay to Collateral Agent, in cash, the amount of such excess, which amount shall be used by Collateral Agent to reduce the Obligations in accordance with the priorities set forth in Section 2.4(b). In addition, Borrower hereby promises to pay the Obligations (including principal, interest, fees, costs, and expenses) in Dollars in full to the Lender Group as and when due and payable under the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
