if they were selling wouldnt there be volume? Someone needs to buy when there is a sell.
Again, are you retarded?

house prices never went down.
rates went up.
people who opt for variable rates lost their homes due to non-payments.
sales did slugged, but people still put in bids and still bought.
people are always buying because the population is always increasing or they're doing it for investment purposes (hurr durr LaNdLoRdS r eViL!!!111oneone)

the only way houses go down, is if they go into disrepair like in Detroit and other black areas or if there is suddenly a decrease in the population like Detroit.

Dont believe me? Then go ahead and sit on your ass and wait for the prices to magically fall. But you'll be either renting or living at your parent's house for a lot longer than you should. and when you realize you've been wrong, you'll find out youre priced out and the only thing you can afford is a house with serious repair issues or something you just dont want.

remember, dirt is more valuable than gold, silver, or any other precious metal.

Thank you fren, this is a real good summary. I bought most of my stack market price, but that was before coinbase raised the fees in 2020, so it wasn't too bad on pro

Also I meant how do I read the bottom part of the graph? Where a big red and green wall are constantly going up and down. I don't get what that represents.

Honestly, namefagging isn't inherently atrocious. It's the fingers behind the name that bog down this board. Personally, I find the amount of TEENAGERS on here absolutely unacceptable. Discussion content has gone down tbe drain. Your tendies are ready, faggots. Don't let them get cold.

Bless TAfags and cryotonewsfags

Honestly, watching these last night, and him talk about money with Nick is why I made this post today. I could just run up my credit cards and harass the credit people until I have payments of $12 a month, but the stress that would come with that isn't worth it. Especially since I can pay it feasibly, and want to purchase a house eventually.

>>22218656
Thanks friend. I'm doing this at the moment actually. I've written out my expenses, debts, income, etc. Going to cancel a few things I don't need. It seems every month I'm hit with something that ends up being a big payment, whether its paying for a new certification, or needing new tires, or something similar. But I should be in the clear, or I will just have to suck it up.

>>22218799
Yeah I'm cutting down quite a few things. Canceled my Adobe Creative Cloud, some subscriptions, and don't eat out as much.

Quarantine hit me pretty hard, so I used retail therapy to get me through it since I still had a job.
