Baba hasnt been directly saying it, but if you follow him and you put 2 and 2 together, you can figure out that the three phases is 589...meaning, the months of 5, 8 and 9. I remember a supposed insider coming on here in January and claiming it would happen in February. But fair enough, this guy predicted September in March, that is quite impressive, either he is in Babacugs' private group, or he is a great decoder, or he really is an insider.

1st Phase ends in May
2nd Phase ends in August

He is not the only insider to leak information. Look up Kendra Hill. Kendra Hill also predicted this, and she predicted it a whopping 2 years ago.

She also predicted that you should build a stone house and run for the hills, LITERALLY, because, quote, "microwave cities will kill billions".

....yeaaaa...the XRP community is full of these riddlers coming out with information. Its very clear that XRP will have some special place in the future, which is why I have to laugh at the ignorant morons on here who make fun of people who hold XRP.
