Slept the entire day today, got up and showered at 5 pm and then went back to sleep until 11 pm, didn't eat, didn't do anything
How do I get out of this hell

I lost 8 ETH in one month, 1/3 of my stack.
I'm in crypto since April. Used to be proud of my collected, rational financial decisions: I never panic sold etc. Then it all went to shit via a combination of two bad trades and trying to get it back on bitmex.
People like sadst make things like 50x leverage look so fucking easy, just open a short before some gook dumps 300 million worth of BTC on the market. Insane return.
I can't even make that back since Id have to use a large part of my stack to have any significant returns, and most likely lose it all. For instance to get 0.15 BTC (what I lost tonight)) I'dve to use 0.15 BTC as margin with 10x leverage (just mildly mad) and close when the price goes to high $7000s for a short or $9500 for a long. Or use higher leverage and get instaliquidated. I fucking lost faith in myself. Not sure if I can make money in crypto anymore.

I've never worked in my life and I want to, but I'm not even sure there's a suitable job for me. I graduated in 2017.

I don't know what to do with my life guys. I don't know how to apply my education to find a job. I could work blue collar or McDolan's but that would be a fucking waste of 5 years and wouldn't get me anywhere. I have $30k in crypto but I can't use it to pay bills, and I want to start a career.

Why does everyone here panics and calls it a crash? Why would there be a crash if there are no bad news for crypto, on the contrary? Wasn't the 2013 crash caused by MtGox?
