about 50% of humanity statistically will get cancer once in their life, everybody, even rich boomers know someone who has died or is dying from cancer

why do you people believe big pharma is behind some giant conspiracy, trying to keep cancer alive? any pharma company that licenses and finds the cure will take over the entire business and also there are many illnesses more profitable than that, which also would be less immoral if their bearers were milked for money
