What can I do to make more money here?
My "team" consists of my manager and four of who do the actual work. Only instead of there being some semblance of a fair share, me and one other guy do about 95% of everything while the other two are snapchatting and or talking about shit like their last vacation with our manager 7 hours of the day. Legitimately I could take on everything they do and it would only add a couple hours to my friday.
Has there ever been a story where a wagie has brought this to the attention of someone higher up, they were fired, and he was compensated with a larger paycheck for ultimately saving the company money? I am sick of these two, they probably make around what I do, and it makes me physically ill due to my pent up frustration.
