follow everyone vance spencer (@pythianism) is following on twitter. read up on the top 20 projects on defipulse.com. read up on the defi pulse index set. don't lose heart if you don't understand everything right away. learn little by little. listen to the bankless podcast. set aside some minimal amount of money to learn how to use uniswap/sushiswap and aave. learn how to use a wallet. your goal is to understand the various projects in the space and get a sense of the landscape. once you have a sense of the landscape and you can see for yourself the value provided by different projects, then you'll be able to assess the value of new and emerging projects - and that's where you'll make your money.
