1. Use Paint.net
2. Put graph in one page and the pepe in another
3. Use rubber to delete pepe background, save as PNG as it saves transparency (here's the edited image I've done)
4. Go to the graph image and at the bottom right, click the icon called Add Layer
5. Paste edited pepe in this new layer
6. Click the spanner and set the Opacity setting to mid way
7. Image now semi transparent, all you need to do now is stretch the pepe image to fit the graph image.
