Ahh, as proud white trash, living in a trailer on an acre of land, I feel uniquely qualified to answer this question. First I looked around the city I wanted to live near, then tried to identify rural communities. On google maps. I found some, and investigated them. Go on zillow to see what is for sale and what they think that shit is worth. No one will finance your trailer and land like a real house, so have some cash. I got my shit for ~$50k. If you absolutely need to finance, you're probably gonna need a job too and guess what: none of those here. Once you get it, you gotta pay property tax (like $300 a year) and your utilities, but otherwise is NEET heaven. Vidya, books, gardening, shooting, whatever you like, as long as its not restaurants and bars and shit thats in the city.

Nah, I made most of my money at my firm, but that doesn't matter. I spent that shit. I retired on 400k at 36. Moved to the sticks and live in a trailer. Have some land, spend my time working in the yard.
>also, its not only that you make a lot of money to do whatever the fuck you want, you have to make it efforlessly, like the neets on twitch, or this retard that gets amazonbux everyday
If it's so easy, and you can't enjoy life without being rich, why don't you do it? Because it's not. Competition in those fields is ridiculous and I really doubt they all just "got lucky". Maybe some did though, who knows?
