Did you tip your boss this pay cycle? and how much?

I generally tip my boss 15-20% of my paycheck on a bi-weekly basis (automatic deduction from paycheck) and I think that is okay, but I want to remain competitive with my co-workers. Has anyone ever tipped 25%?

I want to make sure my tip is corrected for inflation too, anybody have any tips on tipping (lol) ??

it's not exactly listed on exchanges like the NYSE you can trade it on decentralized crypto exchanges like paradex though, and binance. Does anybody here have MetaMask?
