Lets be real here anon, there's nothing wrong with fiat currencies until the greedy and corrupt get their hands on the printing machine. Unfortunately this happens every fucking time throughout human history because it's in man's nature to take more than what is needed. NPC's are not interested because they are of good nature, plus most people today live really comfortable lives than they did in the past so just ignore the criminality at the high level. The reality of the situation is that for honest money to prevail there has to be comfortable societal systems for it to thrive. That means providing examples of off grid living standards that are better than the ones that come from the state or multinational corporations. If you don't do that then what does honest money have to really offer. Also you'll be surprised how many people prefer security over uncertainty, it's the sad reality of it all.
