Tether is supposed to be 1 to 1 to usd. Not usd equivalent.

You mean to their sister companies?
Issuing out loans of tether and then backing up other tether on those loans?

I may have gotten that last part wrong, but the tether org did get in trouble for issuing out loans to their sister company.

This just stinks of fraud.
