You should research the tokenomics of Avalanche.
AVAX is needed for Staking, Delegating and to create Subnets, Blockchains and other Assets and its the fee token of the Primary network.
AVAX is also hardcapped and deflationary (fees are burned).

So every Subnet has to validate the Primary Network and there is thousands of Subnets in the works right now ranging from gaming to tradfi and all of them will Stake AVAX.
Nobody is dumping and the paperthin orderbooks on centralized exchanges dont reflect the value that Avalanche provides.
