There are guys claiming that being up ~300% on a supposed "make-it" investment is impressive. It's not.

ICP never pumps. This doesn't mean it never goes up in value, just compared to any other asset it doesn't increase in value. Just like BAT, MANA, LTC, they simply never pump.

You can hold it for an infinite amount of time but BTC, LINK, ETH, basically any other top 100 coin will outperform it. They complain about AVAX a lot but most AVAX holders average way above ICP losers in terms of profit.

Fundamentals have always only been one piece of the puzzle. ICP has a *partially* working product but there are no users (besides bagholders), no hype, no advertising, nothing. This won't change for the foreseeable future and as such ICP is a bad investment.
