No, they don't, LMAO. Plenty of countries have great private highways (go drive in Germany, then drive in Italy and tell me which is smoother), Japan has private city roads (1/3 of Tokyo or so) and private mass transit that kicks the living shit out of all the public rail and bus in Europoor lands.
