what do I have to do to get myself out of service economic wagecucking?

I'm 33 now and have always work in entry level customer service jobs. all the time, I look for jobs and it's always asking for experience and skills I don't have.

I mean if I have to go back to school as last resort than I will. I am reticent as a 33yo, I will have to continue wagecuck full time and study at the same time so I am not sure I can cope.

what skills can I self learn to get enough credentials to find some work even if it's a little bit beyond entry level customer service or even self employable?

I want to cry but I don't remember how to do it.
