i watched some of that "rich dad poor dad" guy’s videos recently. at first i thought it was interesting to learn how to make millions while not paying taxes, but after i while i just got pissed off that the system actually works this way.

the gov gives tax breaks to people who borrow massive amounts of money to buy real estate. that artificially drives up housing costs making it impossible for most people to buy a home without working full time for 15-30 years.

add to that the debt-based currencies, which in america are paid by the income tax. that means the 15-25% of your income you pay to the IRS every year goes directly to banks, merely for the right to use money. it’s just taken, without benefiting taxpayers in any way.

and finally all the financial scams targeted at old people mean generational wealth is not getting passed down within the middle class like it is with the rich. so every generation has to start from scratch financially. it’s like reinventing the wheel again and again.

so over 50% of your working hours go to scams that send money to people who are already trillionaires. think how much human potential is being wasted on the hard work meme, at jobs that are not even benefiting society in any meaningful way, but whose purpose is to maintain the status quo and protect the wealth of rich people (jobs in advertising, lawyers, banks/finance, efficiency experts, etc)

but try to bring this up with normies and the response is "move to africa if you like socialism, dirty commie!"
