I talked to my mom, she said we still have like 100k in mortgage left.. I don't think my dad will be able to pay it off. Fuck, I'm so stressed now. Checked some mortgage calc and most I can afford is some 380k shack in the middle of nowhere.

I'm looking for a new job, but doubt I can get anything above 150k in Canada as a junior.

Another alternative is that they took a page from the AMC playbook and sold directly to SHF. Even if that isn't the case, this doesn't solve their issues, it just delays bankruptcy.
