I'd buy 2 or 3 acres of agriculture land, make a large shed, and grow food/drugs. Claim EU grant for organic food. Use half of the land for subsistence farming, the '3 sisters' method of maize, squash and bean, maybe some carrots, leeks and potatoes on top of that.
Put the rest between different woodlands that allow you to make money sustainability selling a certain number of trees each year, eventually it will pay for itself, everything after 3+ years is pure profit. Buy another empty plot, plant black walnut trees if they are able to grow, very valuable wood. Rinse and repeat until you have the entire countryside under your command
