We are middlemen for transport companies and businesses that require transportation. A lot of businesses don't want to bother with all that shit and we consolidate a lot of services they require. It's not for every business though and it's hard to distinguish yourself from 30000 other brokerages.

Open offices were just an idea to "increase collaboration" but more importantly save on office real estate instead of installing cubicles and needing larger offices - just fit them into smaller spaces and have less walls!

It's not that great but it's easy to get a job as a broker and you can probably make okay money with minimal skills and education if you hustle.
