Huh. I don't like the fees associated with MF's, am probably going to switch my VTSMX to VTI in my ROTH soon. I didn't realize how high the fees were, way higher than VTSAX, which is higher than VTI.

It depresses me to think about all the compounding gains I've missed because of those fees.

I like the indexing approach, but I also like having more of an active role in my finances and life.

And the over-indexed nature of investing seem like it's setting up for someone to really exploit it and take advantage. So I'd rather increase my exposure to DIS, MO, and MRK.
