West Nile Virus has started to spread in the East Bay CA (oakland richmond etc), Any good plays for this? I think BMY makes the Hep C antiviral that is sometimes used for west nile - but they seem too large of a company to be effected by a more localized event like this.

You really want a higher heat oil for the pan, butter will burn onto your food (the milk solids) you're better off using Ghee, or better yet grapeseed oil (only reason I keep a bottle because the stuff is vile for cooking, but the absolute best for seasoning pans)
But fried chicken is like the only thing that I never cook at home, shit is just so inconvenient and I always end up wasting the oil because I don't make deep fried things often enough for the oil to still be viable the next time I do.
