I think our resident chad Pan Man has more experience/knowledge of that. I do know that many juniors flop, and I've heard talks of at least one company faking findings in the past. A lot less common nowadays, and you won't be buying into those flops when you begin understanding the industry and separating the goods from the bads. I think pic related was the fake one, that's one painful chart. Haven't seen any others like that though

Is New Found Gold going to go down at all? It's still in very early stages but because of the great drilling results and all it looks like it's just going up with the power of hype. Will it even dump below 2.5CAD after the initial euphoria has passed, like next year? I want in but I have a very limited budget. I'm poor

Stay away. Equity one of the most evil companies in existence. It used to be called NNA until the company renamed itself. Why did it do that? Well, the CEO released grainy pictures of allegedly high-grade ore, got the rumour-mill going, pumped the stock 3000%. Then, on a Friday afternoon, just before Christmas, you got a stock halt. Actual drilling results were released. Some of the worst ever. Only a few grams of silver per ton. This made the news as painful and widely digested as possible before the stock started trading again, and the price collapsed. People were wiped out. Reading the chat history on ceo.ca is fascinating. The stock is only pumping now because somebody with a lot of followers is posting about it on Twitter.
