Meme stocks are all I get to play with. I need some fun to watch day to day. Also, I agree with the short squeeze thesis.

I also put a small position in GALT. I don't fully understand the science but everything seems upbeat about it in articles. Not sure if the stocktwit people are delusional or not but they seem to think its good. Gotta have some degree of gambling in there.

I work at a manufacturing plan in a small town in the midwest. Half the men there are paying child support arrears at 10% interest.

Almost none of them know how much they owe and have no concept of what interest is even doing or why paying more than the minimum is actually good in the long run.

People are told what their monthly payment will be and thats all they understand. I have no doubt this still applies to many college students since a great many of them are dumb as hell.

Most people are financially illiterate. And they become cynical about 'the system' as a result.
