Well, you can cash out and just pay the tax.
I don't know what capital gains taxes are like down under, but I'm a leaf and our capital gains are quite favourable (particularly if you're a NEET or min-wagecuck). The USA has rough capital gains taxes. Look into that before you make a cashout decision, and also consider the practicality of buying things in crypto.
