Stockholder equity is obviously going to be decreased during a dividend, but who cares? They're going to start trading from 60% to 100% of their NAV soon. Historically speaking, they should be trading at 100% NAV anyways, so when the book value reaches an equilibrium the share price won't drop. That's why we don't give a fuck.
