I can really only put it simple. If you have no medical condition, free yourself in the best way possible. There are countless studies that have very clear unfavorable indications in long term. While you're still young, your body compensates most stuff. Beginning 30-35 things slowly change and how well you are in shape, also mentally, is how well you took care of yourself over the years. I really am sincerely speaking to you, since you seem interested, but usually there is no point in arguing. People need to make their own experiences and have the fruits of their behavior ripened. Unfortunately it is often too late then. Every psychoactive stimulant restructures your neuronal network in the brain after a while and it gets harder and harder.

I'd recommend a self experiment, the on that freed me myself basically, convincing me it is really the better choice. Stay straight edge for a month and see the difference.
