I found a scratched up krug in my stack recently. Took a pic of it then dropped it back in the box. Next time i see it, im going to run some polish on it.

I think the dude that gave it to me for working in a guitar tried cleaning it at one point. I am somewhat against cleaning coins but have tried it on coins i was willing to experiment on; there was an anon here wanting to clean his coins, meguiars 105 cutting compoung and a micro fiber cloth give things a decent shine, though nicks and dents will seem to pop out to the eye more, you'll be able to feel the point where it gets almost mirror like. Again disclaimer i am against cleaning coins going past running them under the hot tap to get any finger gunk and coin grit dust off of them.
