Should I sell off all my VOO and rebuy the (alleged) dip when it comes? All the Bogle stuff online says never to sell.

I don't think there's going to be another lockdown. Cases are going up but deaths in the US are way, way down and have continued on a downward trend since April. I think yesterday they reported the fewest daily deaths since late March. At the same time, here in southern california they continously discover evidence that the virus was infecting people earlier and earlier, as early as like December now I guess. To me both these indicate
-There's less "fuel" for the virus than projected
-Doctors have gotten really successful at managing the virus
-Locking down vs reopening doesn't really seem to move the needle that much in either direction.

Of course none of these get much media play because the news wants you to stay scared, but thats my two cents.
