Eventually such selective inflation (price appreciation) of assets always comes to an inflection point where the 'real' economy can no longer prop up the 'virtual' economy and whoever is left holding the hot potato has it explode in their face.
Note here that the virtual economy is the one built on debt and speculation (aka future expectations, future revenue streams, future x where x = pretty much anything that can convince people that it will be better tomorrow), whereas the real economy is the one that at least attempts to anchor itself in economic reality and applies mainly to consumables.
So don't invest in equities, at least not right now while we're possibly on the brink of a massive financial crisis which may see assets fall dramatically as credit dries up and defaults pile up. Unironically invest in cryptocurrency.

also i know of the "taxation is theft angle" but the government is the biggest gang that forces you to pay tribute, there's no-one to turn to if they come to you with guns asking you to pay up. unless you want to move to a different gang's turf with completely different rules.
