Inventory will remain scare and demand will stay up. It also fails to mention that the price to build new housing is way up in last two years and will only increase. There will be less new construction which exacerbates the shortage and any new projects completed will be more expensive. Furthermore, institutional investors are now in the single family home space and will continue buying as their time horizon is measured in decades (instead of months like the normalfag or retail investor). This will help bolster prices.
