That’s weird. It was posted for sake in 2022 and the listing was removed.
I just saw that the status was “sold” and not “off the market” so I assumed that it sold.
My bad. Still. 3 years ago the place sold for $350k and the owners are asking for $4300k a month in rent.
It’s off market now so I assume they got it. That’s a 15% yearly return on their original investment.
And I’m not talking ancient history. They bought this place 3 fucking years ago.
Also, I don’t get what alternative you’re suggesting to “trying”. Being a doomer?
