I'm not certain that's the best campaign platform to run on, but that is something I have heard. he would just not pay contractors because he could get away with it.

Reminds me of how he could just borrow money from DB, go bankrupt, then come back and borrow more money from DB, then get elected president. I think they forgave his loan or something? Something about being owed money by heads of states being a conflict of interest or some such?
