My cousin is 24 (a year younger than me) and he's been working the whole time. He's worked at Papa John's since he was 16 and then he got into insurance a year ago with help from his parents. He got burned out and said he'd go to school again. Now I spoke to his aunt and it turns out he dropped out after half a semester and wants to become a "regional manager" of Papa John's.

How do I convince him that it's stupid to think that he can "climb the ranks" and become a regional manager while working as a cashier/delivery driver? I'm trying to convince him that he should get his BA in business.
