Ripples long term plan is to replace the current SWIFT banking system with its own network. If they actually achive their goal this would put each coin at 600$ - 1000$ at maximum supply. 1600$ - 2800$ at current supply. Of course the USD will be near worthless by then and you will be counting your wealth in ripples. You will know you are rich when you see how little everyone else has. However this can take a few years.
