Correct, the fundamental issue of Sergey needing to dump tokens in order to provide an income has not changed. Please explain how staking can be implemented in a way that would not need Chainlink Labs to dump. Divesting the token by the team into the market, only to have the LINK consumed upon usage (VRF, Price Feed, etc.) isn't driving up the price. It's quite literally a pump and then dump. That's the current fundamental issue that has not been worked out.

Over hiring of managers, but not actual devs is a pain point for all businesses because you are filling up your company with bullshit jobs. This added overhead stops progress on the product.

The disaster is this - Staking has been in the works for quite a long time now. DECO's idea of UID has not made any progress. VRF has only hit version 2. The version upgrade added gas lanes. VRF still takes 10~ minutes to fulfill requests even on max gas unless you're on BSC, which is centralized garbage. Partnering with gravelcoin instead of focusing on the core product is nothing short of a disaster. This is not how you run things unless you run a VC scamming.

The overall "promise" is that LINK will capture some of these trillions. Do you really think it can capture any of these derivatives by hiring 100+ HR Managers and not 100+ Devs?

For investors the price has been nothing short of a monumental failure. Chainlink is down a lot.
