P.S. Since I'm going out for a walk on the Palm Crescent boardwalk ->

bayut.com for real estate
On top of the price you have 2.1% agent fee, 4% government tax, ~30k dirhams notary fees and if you're buying with crypto - between 1% and 1.3% fee for the service.

Even though my side "lost" the scaling war (well technically everyone did) I have fond memories arguing with corekeks.
I still think they're the major reason why crypto stopped being a liberating force and became a ponzi instead.
It's also ironic how BCH failed, BTC remained #1 with their "moon lambo" ideology, yet it was cashies that made it since we were the people who bought AVAX at $0.33 and $0.50, meanwhile BTC is at 2017 prices.
And I still like corekeks better than newfags

If that means not holding the absolute worst performer in crypto then yes, I sold all my BTC in 2017.
Blockfolio back then told me that my folio is worth 5BTC.
Now it's worth 263 BTC.
And I sold my LINK early, missed FTM completely, and only got the $0.50 allocation for AVAX.

What was the website that showed you exactly what % of a crypto in circullation is being held in private wallets and what % is on exchanges?
I forgot to bookmark it.
