The idea is you don't get taxed initially when you fund one so you have less taxable income initially. When you take the money out, you pay the taxes at that time. Presumably, it will be less because you have less income, but who knows because the demoshits could raise taxes to 40% in the next 20 years. Who the fuck knows.
