You don't seem to understand how this works. They won't be priced out. They simply won't be able to buy at all. For them to be able to buy, someone would have to sell. The moass is when all the shares are bought up. It doesn't matter if the shares are $1 dollar if nobody sells. They just get fucked as they watch the price halt constantly.
