Nice work.
1. Focus on debts without stopping your regular retirement contributions.
2. If you're not already tithing, 10 percent tithe or charity of your choice before anything.
3. Next 10 percent in ohysical gold and silver at 1:100
4. Consider a larger portion of your investments in safe dividend stocks

You might have fun diverting an additional 10 percent into super speculative assets.

Your doing well. Nice work, anon.

It's so easy having nerves of steel. I see price go down, I see price go up, I see price crab for weeks, doesn't matter. I'm simply going to hold for as long as it takes.

Is it better to have 4 cheap properties in a poor city that pays rent or 1 property in a richer city with 4 rooms that pays similar rent?

Is one much harder to deal with / handle than another?

Man...I didn't want to play with my retirement fund but I'm going to get fucked so hard on taxes.
Honestly considering selling some of my roth and buying more GME on monday but stock trading already makes me feel like shit. Doing it with my retirement fund? ehhhhh

Can't lie, this and LCX have me feeling comfy as fuck. One thing I've learned in my short amount of time doing this shit: research is almost always better than what retards are saying on the internet. MIND BLOWING.

I can understand a general apprehension but how can you be decidedly pessimistic about an innovation this momentous? You're some kind of commie larper or something?
You were never going to save the world, bro. Stoicism isn't resistance, it's cowardice.

So I keep the bulk of my shit in Ether; about 50%. Lately I've just been playing off the fresh money by buying the cheapest coins that appeal to new fags on Kucoin DENT POE now SOV and even LEND easy gains. I usually take the initial investment off and let the profit ride. I've been selling ETH in person to people for cash usually at market price. If they buy more than once and I like them I give them 5% discount market price. The problem is I feel like a delivery man. Any other simple way of cashing out and avoiding the tax man?

I know the "craft beer" craze is slowly dying down, but I have some ideas I'd like to pitch to a local brewery.

Does anyone have any experience with pitching ideas? Are there any pitfalls I should watch out for?
