Hello /tinfoil/ , I'm looking to buy some stablecoins anonymously. Basically buying XMR and then using XMR to acquire USDC (Polygon) on non-kyc.

Do I really need some Polygon on my wallet to be able to pay gas fees when sending the stablecoin? Aren't the fees cheap so in theory I would only need like 10 cent of polygon to make a few transactions? Also are IP's being recorded when sending the stablecoin, how anonymous are the p2p transfers really?
