and you guys will all miss out.

Remember the massive pump in the first half of 2019? That was the halving "pump" being frontrun by a full year.

There is going to be a mini bubble this fall and winter, as everyone expects it to start in about 1 year and they get their money in. It will burst early next year, and next winter "nothing will happen". This will lead to a depression for quite some time.

BTC will not break 100k for several more years after that.

All you idiots thinking that it will happen exactly like 2017/18 just because the previous cycle was 4 years, are beyond stupid.

The numbers make sense, but emotionally I want to keep it:

House:
> nets £635 bong per month after all expenses

Other debt:
> costs me £1000 bong per month in repayments (with high interest rates)

If I sell the house I will have enough cash to pay off the debt. End up ~£400 per month better off.

Where is the flaw in this logic?

Selling one of my rental properties in Bong, will end up with £52k after repaying the mortgage.

I have 45k in high-rate (18-39%) debt that I can just about afford to service each month, but isn't being paid down at all.

> pay off the debt completely, have £7000 cash left over

or

> use the money to buy a load of crypto, expecting it to go up more than the debt is costing me

option 2 actually makes sense from a purely financial perspective. I think I can buy crypto that will rise more than 18-39% in the next year, say. But clearing all my credit cards, loans, etc. is pretty appealing and feels very fresh and clean. Plus it would soon mean I can get new 0% credit cards and begin the cycle all over again.

I have a lot of debt:
$47,000 total
$10,500 interest per year
$11,500 annual repayments

As you can see, I'm hardly paying it down at all so I'm just throwing away interest to that amount every month.

I've come to own a rental property that I could sell:
$8050 annual rental income (after mtg etc)
$55,000 left over if I sell it (after paying off mtg)

Notice how these two things pair up. I would surely "profit" if I sold the house, used the proceeds to pay off the debt, and also I'd be better off per month in terms of cash flow.

Am I getting this right? There are other considerations such as:
> potential future house price increases I'd miss out on
> prestige of owning a rental

Wut do?

Who else a 2013 bullrun fag?

18th of November, it was - I bought 0.1 BTC to see how it worked. Ended up buying about 10 at $3-400 on the way up. ez money, bruv

I heard about it on a totally unrelated forum, in their off-topic section.

I would never have guessed how it would all turn out by this point, absolutely wild ride. Not sure overall if it's benefited my life or not.

ITT we pretend it's the 2013 bullrun

What do you have or get to prove it? If you're using the assets to demonstrate credibility for a loan or something, how do you prove to the bank that you have those assets?

Does the broker send you a statement of some kind?

What if you have precious metals, how do you prove that?

Thanks

Cash savings:
$1000

Crypto:
$135,000

Property:
House 1) $130,000 equity
House 2) $75,000 equity
House 3) $50,000 equity

The houses in total net (after mortgages etc) me $2500 every month, nearly passive income (some DIY, management, etc). I also live in one of them myself.

I am a big crypto bull, long term. I hate having so much fucking capital tied up in the properties, but they are good, secure income and I am sentimentally attached to them, as well.

There is no possibility of borrowing more against them, the mortgages are maxed out like fuck. To get the money, I'd have to sell - unless someone knows another kind of dodgy scheme that would let me "pawn" them almost.

Wut the fuck do?

I like cash but i don't like carrying coins. Every time i get given coins in change, i take them home and put them in a large opaque container.

The other day i dropped my full container off at the bank and got $180 deposited into my account in return.

Perhaps you too should be doing this great money trick.

I now have 500 ETH in quite liquid shitcoins (I reckon I could pull the ETH out in a day without too much slippage).

Have I made it?

I remember having 150 ETH last summer and thinking that was a fucking lot.

Today I realised I have reached a sats ATH of almost 18 BTC. One year ago I peaked at about 15 briefly (for a few days at most) before shit hit the fan.

I originally purchased about 8 BTC in 2013. My sats ATL was literally zero in July after I went a bit mad on bitmex, lolol.

Next stop, 21 BTC club.

btw my portfolio is 100% QNT.
