Do I plan to get rich? Nope. Do I see this as a gamble? Nope. I feel incredibly vulnerable and uncomfortable having a lot of money in my bank account. The government can and will devalue it, it's in their interest to do so. I would park my money in a house but there is simply no inventory. Do I let my (hard earned) money sit in a checking account and get assfucked for the privilege? No, I preserve it.
