I know most of you faggots are teenagers who bought at 15k because you're lazy and depressed and think crypto will pull you out of your misery but it was no secret that BTC went too high, too early.
Bitcoin was about 1300$ last year. Now it's 9k. This is a 6x return, which is way too much still.
Of course you don't want BTC to go back to 1k, you don't want to scare people. But a bottom at 3k-4k would be ideal. Lots of time to accumulate to prepare for the next bull run in a few years.

I'm 75% in fiat currently, and ready to buy some dirt cheap BTC in a few months. I suggest you do the same.

Nah, you're both retarded or don't know any normies IRL.

The normies who still care about crypto after the crash are waiting on the sidelines until the price drops considerably. It was 9.6k just a day ago and there were 0 signs of normies buying. Which means that even at less than half ATH, normies are "priced out" currently.

You'd have to be insane or completely detached to think Nov-Dec levels of FOMO will ever exist again after normies watched BTC crash from 20k to 6k in a matter of weeks. The normie can wait indefinitely because he sees crypto as supplementary to his income and is content wagecucking. He doesn't spend 0.0000001% of the time thinking about crypto that you do. You'll be tearing your hair out about nothing happening and a dead market come May, meanwhile the normie will have thought about crypto once or maybe twice in all that time, and no deeper than "wonder how that bitcoin thing is going"

To get normies back on board prices must be allowed to deflate until the buying in ball gets rolling again, then a period of organic, comparatively slow growth must be allowed.

If this doesn't happen, BTC will just break its neck ramming up against various under-ATH ceilings until everyone is too bled-dry of fiat to keep it up, at which point we will have another rough crash (probably at around 60-70% again)

Yeah I wonder if /biz/ knows anything about a thing where you scam and shittalk each other while trading imaginary internet shit that's worth nothing in real life.

Nope, nothing comes to mind.

My big bet is that they are going for a 5x-10x pump again in some time and why pump BTC at $5k to $25k when you can pump BTC at $10k to $100k. Not to mention what you can make with shitcoins that literally go 100x in a week when BTC goes up that much.
Because ultimately, every pump needs a dump, and thus someone to dump on. That would be the normies, since otherwise the entire market is stagnant as fuck.

Normies have been "priced out" as is, BTC is currently less than half its ATH and they're still waiting on the sidelines. As I said, the crash broke normie FOMO's back, they're much much more reluctant to buy something that can go down 70% in 2 weeks than something which seemingly only goes up.

The logic is not "oh shit BTC is going up up up I better buy or I miss the train" anymore, it's "oh BTC is up? Ehhh, guess I'll wait until it's cheaper again." You can pull the same trick only so many times, and stupidly enough the whales pulled it off in front of all the world's cameras recording it (massive media attention during both the pump and the dump). That golden goose is dead, and it won't spring back to life no matter how hard they pump it.

The problem is that the 6k crash fucked up crypto and BTC's image badly. It was a major "it bleeds, after all" moment which shook a lot of normies out of their FOMO which they had before the crash (they don't know shit about the history of BTC and don't care to read up on it so they're unaware of previous crashes).

Basically, whereas 12k meant "it can only go up up up! BUY BUY BUY!" to normies pre-crash, now it means "nah it's too expensive, I'll wait for it to drop" post-crash.

And this isn't just Stacies and such, I also mean people in finance who have been asset managers etc for years.

t. deal with a lot of normies

This doesn't feel like the previous crashes, there is way too much support
The bear market is nearing it's end and it's clearer than day. Don't make dreams about 4k bitcoin.
