I definitely agree with that, but it probably won't be anytime soon. there are coordinated efforts underway to hype fatigue people by creating anticipation around the restructuring finally taking place when in reality this legal BS can take months/years, I expect the fall time but even that is not a great idea. Im gonna continue to stack gme, and other plays based on what holding company RC is building in the background and assume this will take a long time in the courts.

yep, in academic theory, the natural incentives pushing prices up and down, assuming all market participants have equal access to information will set prices where they belong.

But in reality you have market makers who have nearly total control over prices, they can push prices up or down at will. If the price they set is against the natural flow then it can become horrificaly expensive to maintain a price that is out of bounds of the "real" price. This is what is taking place with GME, and an unfortunate number of other stocks and all sorts of classes of equity (bonds options derivates you name it). The price should be way way higher but wallstreet has been implicitly been bailed out since the first FED intervention which took place in 2019, then covid showed up and the bailouts continued.

Normally this has always worked as the paid stock bashers demoralize holders into selling eventually but too many people are now aware of the game and are buying no matter the price and DRS booking and this is a big fucking problem for the system. They have no way to resolve this in the old fashion ways, so we will see economic ruin and war on our doorstep within the year probably, especially because it is an election year. When the ducks are in a row they will allow the dams to break and probably heavily blame crypto for the big crash, considering shit tokens are being used as collateral for traditional financial firms that will be the next scapegoat.

This docket was from back in october, no wonder the shilling has been so hard for anything gme/bbby related, if the community takes time to bubble up juicy info imagine what the billionaire firms already know about the RC saga, given they have entire departments dedicated to research and writing succinct reports for managers.
