I have $150,000 equity in properties that I'm selling this year due to moving away from the area. I can't convince myself that putting all of the proceeds into crypto would be a bad idea. Even if it takes five years to go up 50%, that's more than the properties were earning me. It seems unimaginable that within the next, few years there won't be a chance to double my money somewhere - I can think of many coins near guaranteed to do that.
