>comfortable with it now, can pretty much solve any problem that comes up on the backend
>keep wanting more full stack dev
>company keeps telling me that they will switch me to another team so I can learn other parts of the stack, get experience. They've said that for 3 years.
>train girl who started a year an a half ago on backend tech
>she learns quickly and is savvy, they move her to a different team but she still works on only backend
>puts in crazy hours but is loud as fuck and a little bit aggressive
>she quickly gets raises
>we were both at 74k after last raise.
>this raise she goes to 83k.
>I go to 78k
>2k bonus for both of us. Fine whatever
>stock units, that normally you get at 3 years, we both get. Me at 3 years, her at a year and a half
>she still asks me and my partner questions about backend, questions that an advanced dev would know
>I still go and find code she wrote. Its incomplete and wrong. Doesnt even run.
>her manager doesn't understand the backend so he doesn't know that its wrong.
>I bring it up, she says its a 'rushed job' and she will fix it when she comes back from vacation.

Why the hell am I still answering questions for a dev I trained who won't even take the time to run the code or complete it when she makes more money than I do even if I trained her.

I need to gtfo of this company. Its fucking unfortunate because a raise is suppose to be a good thing but this company still manages to fuck it up
