1: create an account at a site like paxful that trades gift cards, paypal, western union, etc for BTC. Only thing required for an account is literally an email.

2: a site to send their BTC to, then buy & sell coins like, poloniex, which AGAIN requires literally only an email.

3*: optionally, a site to store their coins long term, a bank or vault or just send/receive easily, like coinapult, which, heres a shocker, once again only requires an email address to create an account

so yeah, 2 or 3 sites needed, a quick guide, making sure that ALL THREE SITES
1: only require an email address
2: are popular & safe
3: don't look like utter trash & aren't confusing, the layout is clean, pretty, & easily understood
like the 3 sites i described above
