Maybe im naive but these seem like gold mines. Cheaper and easier to maintain than properties people live in. Especially with increased consumption and rent prices. People will inherit their boomer parents shit that they cant throw away cause of sentimental value and or soibois dont want to throw away funko pop collection for wife. More shit less affordable space. I hear a storage unit needs to be at around 70% capacity to be profitable and increases overtime as people forget they are still renting something from me itll just be another subscription bill on their bankstatement hidden away by netflix,disney +,amazon prime,gym etc
