Maybe, Kinda likely. From what I researched prices improved significantly only in important metro areas. The thing is after the crash in 2008 in order to stop the decline in prices they had to quit flooding it with short sales, as in tenants would receive a final notice, but no action would be taken to evict/sele/etc. This was done only to cheaper properties, This might be a reason why rural areas are lagging. Even 2day only around 20% of pre-foreclosures goes anywhere. This doesnt show on foreclosed vs auctioned you gotta dig for it so the mainstream has no clue how. When/how will it pop? might not even happen if there is no catalyst, banks might just keep on pumping it, on the other hand with such big inventory demand should eventually dry up.
